Donations

• Donations made to the Trust are non-refundable, except in cases of a technical error or duplicate transaction.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the transaction.

Event Registrations

• If you register for an event and need to cancel, please notify us at least 72 hours before the event for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.
